Taylor Huber serves as Senior Manager of Operations for Minnesota Dance Theatre, bringing more than two decades of experience in dance, nonprofit leadership, education, and organizational operations. A Minnesota native, Taylor trained with Classical Ballet Academy and performed with Ballet Minnesota as a company member, performing numerous soloist roles and guest performing throughout the Twin Cities and nationwide.

Taylor went on to serve as Executive Director of Ballet Minnesota for eight years, providing leadership across day-to-day operations, organizational administration, fundraising, community partnerships, and strategic initiatives. Her experience working closely with artists, boards, educators, funders, and community partners has given her a broad understanding of the intersection between artistic vision and strong organizational infrastructure.

A longtime educator, mentor, and advocate for the arts, Taylor brings a unique perspective shaped by experience on both sides of the dance organization—onstage and behind the scenes. She is passionate about building sustainable systems, supporting artists and staff, and helping arts organizations thrive while advancing their mission and serving their communities.
