  • MDT Faculty receives significantly reduced rates, including 1.5 hours free per month.

    Please reach out to school@mndance.org to inquire on faculty rates.

    • All rental requests must be submitted at least 72 hours before the requested rental date and time. Requests received with less than 72 hours’ notice may not be able to be accommodated.

    • Rentals require an 1-hour minimum, with additional time billed in 30-minute increments.

    • Hourly rentals are capped at 4 hours. Rentals longer than 4 hours will be charged the daily rate.

    • Daily rentals are capped at 3 days per week. Rentals exceeding 3 days will be charged the weekly rate, which covers up to 5 days.

    • If more than 5 days per week are requested, each additional day will be charged at the daily rate.

  • Hourly & Single-Day Rentals

    • Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance: Full refund or credit

    • Cancellations made 48 hours in advance: 50% refund

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: No refund

    Multi-Day (3+ Days) & Weekly Rentals

    • Cancellations made 14 or more days in advance: Full refund

    • Cancellations made 3–13 days in advance: 50% refund

    • Cancellations made less than 3 days in advance: No refund
