Studio rentals

MDT moved to NE Minneapolis in March 2026. Its new location has three beautiful studios, a Family Lounge, dressing rooms, four restrooms, and free parking. Please inquire below if you would like to rent our studios!

  • MDT Faculty receives significantly reduced rates, including 1.5 hours free per month.

    Please reach out to school@mndance.org to inquire on faculty rates.

    • Rentals require a 1-hour minimum, with additional time billed in 30-minute increments.

    • Hourly rentals are capped at 4 hours. Rentals longer than 4 hours will be charged the daily rate.

    • Daily rentals are capped at 3 days per week. Rentals exceeding 3 days will be charged the weekly rate, which covers up to 5 days.

    • If more than 5 days per week are requested, each additional day will be charged at the daily rate.

  • Hourly & Single-Day Rentals

    • Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance: Full refund or credit

    • Cancellations made 48 hours in advance: 50% refund

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: No refund

    Multi-Day (3+ Days) & Weekly Rentals

    • Cancellations made 14 or more days in advance: Full refund

    • Cancellations made 3–13 days in advance: 50% refund

    • Cancellations made less than 3 days in advance: No refund
