Nutcracker Fantasy

Updated January 1, 2012: Thanks to everyone who made this year's Nutcracker shows such a fantastic success! We sold virtually every seat in the house for every performance, and received a number of rave reviews in the media.

Needless to see after nine performances (and two tea parties!) in nine days we are in the process of catching our breath. Keep an eye on this page in the coming week for new information pertaining to classes and upcoming performances.

Our Nutcracker closing night performance in December 31 was a bittersweet moment, but we are already looking forward to everything 2012 already has to offer, including the privilege of exploring groundbreaking, demanding new work and our 50th Anniversary Gala. The remainder of the 2011-2012 season offers an eagerly anticipated regional premiere, performances with the Minnesota Orchestra, and the return of Minnesota Dance Theatre's highly regarded Carmina Burana.
