New students are accepted by audition. Auditions for Springboard
Dance are held in February and June each year. Students may
also apply via videotape.
Springboard Dance is an intensive dance
program that focuses
on the pre-professional who is working toward a career in dance. With loyalty to national and international dance "industry standards" we expect each Springboard participant to put forth their very best effort and full commitment to the rigors of the program. Admittance to the program is determined by level of proficiency and potential and is by audition only.

-Learning repertory to advance scope of choreographies
-Guest teachers and choreographers
-Coaching in classical repertory
-Dane screening for injury prevention
-Conditioning

Sample Schedule Monday-Friday
9:30-11:00am - Class
11:15-1:00pm - Rehearsal
2:00-3:00pm - Rehearsal/Private Coaching/Conditioning
4:30-6:00pm - Technique Class
6:00-7:30pm - Pointe/Partnering/Contemporary/Repertory (2times/week)
