Training Tomorrow's Dancers Today

Pilates

The Pilates Method is a form of exercise, developed by Joseph Pilates, which encourages uniform development of the body in both strength and flexibility while promoting physical awareness and control. It is great for all bodies at any fitness level. One-on-one sessions are tailored specifically to you using specialized Pilates equipment including the Reformer, Cadillac, and Chair.

An hour-long session is scheduled by appointment at a rate of $60. Professional dancer rates are available. Contact MDT at info@mndance.org to schedule an appointment today.
