Adult & Teen Open Classes

Ballet classes are offered for teen (ages 13 and older) and adult students from all walks of life who wish to enjoy the physical and aesthetic benefits of dance. Ballet is taught at Beginning, Intermediate and Advanced levels, and students are able to design their own schedule. Classes are offered at The Cowles Center on an on-going, drop-in basis.

Classes in this division provide opportunities for exercise, stretching and toning of the body and an appreciation of dance as an art form in a noncompetitive atmosphere. Adult & Teen Classes FAQ
