Studio Rental

We rent our company rehearsal and teaching dance studios to the general public, based on availability and type of use. Our studios are located in the Hennepin Avenue historical Masonic building, now the Cowles Center for the Performing Arts and Dance in downtown Minneapolis.

The studios have marley dance floors, mirrors, wall mounted barres, pianos and sound systems. Our largest studio 6A is approximately 24 feet high.

Rates for rental are based on the size of the studio and type of use.

• Studio 6A: 3,286 Square Feet
• Studio 6B: 1,563 Square Feet
• Studio 6C: 1,152 Square Feet
