If you would prefer, a check can be sent by mail to the following address: Minnesota Dance Theatre & the Dance Institute, 528 Hennepin Avenue, 6th Floor, Minneapolis, MN 55403. MDT/DI will provide a receipt to you within 30 days of receiving your donation.
